animatronics<\/b>: Remotely manipulated puppets, sometimes controlled by computer and sometimes with electronic cables.
\nAutomata: <\/b>They are puppets that are operated by mechanical elements. You don't always need the manipulator for them to wiggle.
\nVentriloquist puppets: <\/b>Ventriloquy, the art of throwing the voice, that is to say, that the speaker does so in such a way that the sound seems to come from a distance or from a different source than the one speaking. Usually, the ventriloquist \u2013 he keeps his lips tightly together, almost without moving them \u2013 uses a puppet to keep the audience's attention and increase the illusion that the character is the one speaking. When he is not using the puppet, the ventriloquist uses some object that he usually waves to attract our attention while he speaks and manages to give the illusion he wants. <\/b>
