Puppet therapy<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Approach to therapies<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<span class=\"Estilo2\"><b>Focus of therapies: castle, construction, manipulation, functions of the therapist.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nThere are some questions that are up in the air<br \/>\nwhen performing therapy or interventions with puppets. The teachers,<br \/>\neducators and therapists need to have clear answers.<\/div>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<li>Should the manipulation be face down or inside a small castle (puppet theater)?<\/li>\n<li>Should patients or people with disabilities build puppets themselves or should they be given facts?<\/li>\n<li>Should the teacher or therapist be involved in the making while the children also make their own puppet?<\/li>\n<li>Is it necessary in the manufacture to orient them step by step?<\/li>\n<li>Should the teacher or therapist be involved in the dramatization?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nBelow is a summary of some of the opinions and answers to the questions raised:<b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"castellet\"><\/a><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Regarding the function of the castle or puppet theater:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<br \/>\nAccording to Madeleine Lions,<i>\u201cThe windshield of the<br \/>\ncastellet often allows, the most shy people, the most<br \/>\ninhibited, to be able to say things of the unconscious that are the origin of the<br \/>\nproblem. There is always a feeling of rejection or possession. And all<br \/>\nthese attitudes should be observed as therapy work.<br \/>\nAlso the fact of building the puppet facilitates the manipulation<br \/>\nof this, thanks to the familiarity achieved during the time of<br \/>\nconstruction.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nTechnically I think the therapist or teacher should help the<br \/>\nconstruction of the puppet, in no case in the artistic part. It is important<br \/>\nthat the educator set goals in terms of construction. Flight<br \/>\nleave the patient free to create their character? or conversely, Vol<br \/>\n guide him so that he is interested in discovering, for example, the parts of the<br \/>\n cos ?. These look like<br \/>\nmore interesting, as they allow situations to be staged quickly<br \/>\nown patient problems related to family, work, a<br \/>\nthe school. In effect, the patient can define his own with the puppet<br \/>\nquality, its role, its function: father, mother, child, doctor; o<br \/>\nassign imaginary powers through the puppet she will baptize as a fairy,<br \/>\n witch, magician \u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nIt must also be said that it depends on the situation and the characteristics<br \/>\nof place waves perform the therapy, the construction of the<br \/>\npuppet by the patient. If the therapy is not done this way<br \/>\nit would be counterproductive for the patient and the therapist.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nIt is essential that the person conducting the session master the<br \/>\ndramatic mechanisms of theatrical play to control the situation and get out<br \/>\noptimal results.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nWhen considering a therapy, a learning assignment, or a<br \/>\nreeducation with puppets, if the teacher, therapist or educator does not have the<br \/>\nProper training, it would be good to be able to enjoy the collaboration of<br \/>\nprofessionals who master the art of puppetry, to provide all the technique<br \/>\n necessary to achieve the objectives satisfactorily.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nIt should also be noted that a therapy must have one<br \/>\ntemporal dimension. It has to have a time limit, it can&#039;t<br \/>\ncontinue indefinitely.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nLike any other type of therapy, in the whole process, apart<br \/>\nWhen treating the disorder of the child or patient, the<br \/>\nproblems arising in their immediate environment (parents, family, colleagues<br \/>\nclass\u2026).&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\nI will end this section with a reflection by Mariano Dolci:<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<i>\u201cThe common feature of puppets is to demand<br \/>\nthe following paradox: an object that is both and is not.
