An experience for children and family

What I value most is creating, inspiring wonder and sharing emotions with you. Being a teacher and educator helps me delve into the language of little ones, building complicity with adults. I like writing theatrical texts, both for children and adults, running puppet workshops and welcoming schools to our Puppet Museum to discover the endearing world we live in. Over the years I have managed to achieve extraordinary dreams, but what I'm most passionate about is touching together, with our fingertips, the sky of happiness.

I am Teia Moner, a puppeteer at heart, playwright and educator, based in Palau-solità i Plegamans. At the Puppet Museum I open the doors of my home to you: come discover how a puppet is born, how it comes to life in my hands and how together we build a story. I also bring my shows to theatres and programmes everywhere.

Every show is born from the same question: what happens when the arts touch each other? I explore the connection between disciplines to find unexpected results that surprise and stir emotions. I make my work inclusive, so that everyone has a place in it. And I don't do it alone: I collaborate with other artists to bring high-quality family shows to life, recognised with awards.

Innovation and rigour: two words that define the entire artistic project of Teia Moner, a benchmark of puppet theatre in Catalonia, according to experts. She combines different codes of communication to explore new aesthetics and build a rich and diverse body of work.
