Happy, Scared, Sad, Angry

How am I?

How do my colleagues see me?

How do I look?

 Story: THE TWO BUCKETS

An old Chinese lady owned two large buckets suspended from each limb

of a rod She carried it on her back when she had to fetch water. One of the buckets was cracked and the other was perfect. The latter always arrived full of water after the long walk from from the stream to the house. Instead, the other bucket arrived half empty. For a long time, the woman came home every day with only one bucket and a half of water.Naturally, the perfect bucket was very proud of its own result; and the poor cracked bucket was ashamed to do only half of hers work After two years reflecting on his own bitter defeat to be cracked, the bucket spoke to the lady on the way:"I feel ashamed of myself, because these cracks I have make me lose half the water on the way to your house.”The woman smiled: "Have you seen the most beautiful flowers on your side of the road? I knew yours defect and I sowed seeds in it. Every day, when we came back, you watered them. during these two years I have been able to pick flowers to decorate my house! If you weren't like you are, I would not have been able to enjoy this privilege! "You have to accept everyone as they are... and discover things about them positives tot potenciant-les.»

Like the two buckets we are all different.
It is important to see the good things that everyone has.
