Welcome to MIT, a space for collective discovery and knowledge.

He MIT is a project born from the hand of a creative woman, Teia Moner, and aims to be a meeting point for the puppetry world and a location where all the disciplines of the performing, visual and plastic arts converge, from tradition to the avant-garde.

It is located in the Masia de Can Falguera in Palau-solità i Plegamans (Vallès Occidental). It is a historic building with medieval, Gothic, Modernist and Noucentista elements. It is included in the catalog of goods to be protected from the Catalan cultural heritage.

An incomparable collection of puppets of the world that includes unique and singular pieces from the 19th to the 21st centuries. Stories of world heritage from the past and present. An inspiring place to learn, have fun and experiment. An open space to other artistic expressions where to share experiences through the transgressive and brave look that art offers us. A meeting point to contribute to the construction of a freer and more critical society.

It is a space open to all performing arts in the form of festivals, shows and residencies for companies. A place of cultural revitalization where inclusion and accessibility will be guaranteed.

There are activities such as days on education and puppets, school visits, workshops for professionals and fans of the performing arts will be part of the educational offer.

The museum works for a more inclusive world by encouraging creativity which is the basis of all social and personal transformation.

MIT is the headquarters of the Teia Moner company and its dream factory.
